Our menu is the result of several years of culinary research, based on its enormous cultural richness and of inherited traditions from generation to generation and throughout the National Territory.

The gastronomy proposal of our executive chef Josefina Lopez, who was advised from the start of her mentor the chef Jose Manuel Baños, aims to please the demanding citizen plates, with dishes as the traditional mole negro with totol, the succulent flavor of the yellow deer or the delicious seafood pozole, creations that will be under the order of all our diners and friends.
